Currently CFO of Walraven, a global company in the installation market, Joop is a strong communicator who enjoys working with the Executive Team on a strategic and operational level.
Joop is a Dutch CPA and started his career with KPMG in the Netherlands. He then moved to Hagemeyer, at that time a Dutch listed company, active as a global electrical wholesaler, spending 3 years in Spain and 4 years in Australia as CFO of their local subsidiaries. In his spare time Joop is an avid cyclist and has participated in several large events in the French and Italian mountains.

Luke has been at TUI for the last 8 years after previously gaining his CIMA qualification at Stonegate pub company. He has a strong background in FP&A and led the Performance and Planning function at TUI UK&I for 3 years. For the last 18 months he has been the Finance Director for the UK and Swedish airlines and recently has moved to be the Finance Director at TUI Musement, a digital platform plus business providing experiences to customers both home (wherever that may be) and in destination.
He has two young children, although he and his partner combined have four. He is a keen cyclist and enjoys films.

Malcolm Finn is currently Director of Finance Operations and Control at Johnson Matthey plc (JM) where he leads on finance transformation and strategy, the financial risk and control processes and business partnering with the Group functions. Malcolm joined JM from Vodafone Group plc where he was Head of Group Reporting overseeing the consolidation, reporting and accounting, treasury finance and financial systems. Prior to Vodafone he was Global Financial Controller at Costa Coffee. He is a Chartered accountant (FCA – ICAEW) and has worked with many large organisations whilst he was at EY and Deloitte. Deeply interested in people and deeply interested in business his particular focus is on digital transformation in complex groups with global scale undergoing strategic change and renewal, finance transformation, complex transactions and readiness for new regulations.
Malcolm has a scientific academic background and has also completed an MBA. He often speaks and writes about organisation culture, the human factor and business performance and innovation.
Bruce Burrows has been in Tetra Pak’s Executive Leadership Team since September 2012. His main areas of responsibility cover Finance, Control, Business Transformation and Information Technology. Responsibility for Facility & Real Estate Management as well as Supplier Management were added in 2015 and 2019 respectively.
Bruce joined Tetra Pak South Africa in August 1995 and he has held Finance & Business Transformation roles in Switzerland, Sweden, Russia and the Middle East.
Bruce is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) & Chartered Management Accountant (UK).
