In this research, we look at how finance leaders are thinking about agility as they seek to embrace digital transformation. A huge part of achieving organisational agility is the ability not only to derive cost savings but also create revenue streams from new digital paths.

Digital transformation has moved to the top of the C-suite agenda, but the finance function in particular has a key role to play in this new way of operating, driving the processes which underpin the move to digital.
